  Father Richard F. Cristler, pastor of St. Joseph Church and School in Muskogee, Oklahoma since July 2017, was ordained a Catholic priest in 2000. Prior to his assignment at Muskogee, Fr. Cristler served at St. Therese of Liseaux in Collinsville.
